Formed in late 2008, Blood Orange Juice is a three piece jazz band based in Brisbane, Australia. Consisting of sax, bass and drums, Blood Orange Juice takes inspiration from low-rock band Morphine and the works of jazz great Charles Mingus.
From our debut album Ax Ace Rum, "Blood Orange Juice (I Hope It's Not Too Sweet)" was nominated for an award at the 2010 Q Song Music Awards.
